gdebi-kde software package provides simple tool to install deb files - KDE GUI, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gdebi-kde
gdebi-kde is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gdebi-kde package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gdebi-kde *
You will get with gdebi-kde package name, version, architecture and description in a table
